Kering Eyewear Performance Marketing Junior Manager
Description How you will contribute Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives Identification of main KPIs for performance marketing activities and goal setting for various campaigns Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others Manage budgets and allocate resources to effectively maximize ROIs Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports in order to provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages and user journeys Work closely with business, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with other company functions as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed Stay up-do-date with latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing Who you are Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field 3-5 years of experience in similar role Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
