Kering Eyewear Performance Marketing Junior Manager
Description How you will contribute Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify main KPIs for performance marketing activities and set goals for various campaigns. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Manage budgets and allocate resources to effectively maximize ROIs. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports to provide actionable insights for improving campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. Work closely with business, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with other company functions and collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Who you are Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others. Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport. Fluency in English and Italian; additional language is a plus. Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and respect for deadlines. A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholders and build strong relationships. Proactive and possess problem-solving skills.
