Job Description:Description We are looking for a proactive and talented Sports Partnership Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the development of innovative strategies to activate our outdoor & lifestyle brand sponsorships.

How you will contribute With the support of your manager, develop innovative strategies to activate brand sponsorships (product displays, brand activations, experiential marketing initiatives, and exclusive experiences for participants). Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to ensure partnerships and maximize brand visibility opportunities. Act as a brand ambassador during sponsored events, ensuring that brand values and messages are effectively communicated. Monitor and evaluate the success of sponsored events, tracking key performance indicators. With the support of your manager, manage budgets for sponsored events, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Serve as the main point of contact for the operational management of event-related activities. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sponsorship opportunities in related fields. Who you are Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field3+ years of experience as Sports Partnership specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the sport or lifestyle sectorsProven experience in the sponsorship world within the fields of sport, music, or lifestyleProficiency in budget managementExcellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbalCreative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute innovative sponsorship activationsPassion for sports, outdoor and lifestyle cultureWhy work with us?
