Job Description

We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Trainee to support the Marketing Department in our office in Milan.

- Your opportunity_

You will support the Italy Trade Marketing Team in the development and execution of local trade marketing plans across Italian market ensuring the alignment with the global trade and brand strategy.

- How you will contribute_

- Support the Trade Marketing team in the execution of Trade Marketing plans: from visibility to promo incentive and category management.

- POP materials management: checking availability, regular shipment to the POS respecting the assigned budget.

- Prepare sell in materials to help sales force/In Store Specialist team.

- Prepare reports and provide analysis to monitor and support trade marketing projects.

- Be a point of reference for the In Store Specialist team: understand their needs, provide info or documents to help their daily work.

- You will also support the organization of Italian events and trainings.

- Who you are_

- A university graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management Engineering with outstanding results

- Proficient in English and Italian

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, mainly PowerPoint and Excel

- Proactive person with "hands-on mentality" and communication skills

- A problem solver with analytical skills and attention to details

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player

- A reliable and structured team member who can effectively work even under pressure to business deadline

- Brand-oriented, focused on results, autonomous

- Creative, curious, innovative and with a passion for the fashion and luxury industry
