Job DescriptionYour opportunityYou will be supporting the Gucci Head of Tax on multiple operations of the tax practice area. How you will contributeDeal with Tax aspects involving the Group from a domestic and international point of view, including VAT and custom dutiesReview tax benefits (i. e.
Patent Box, R&D credit) and tax reimbursementsSupport the Group companies in relation to tax audits, tax assessments and related mattersDeliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframeParticipate in the review of tax returns and related complianceActively participate in the management of the budgeting and reporting processes for the Group companiesSupport with the identification, development and implementation of tax opportunities in the direct or indirect tax areaSupport the tax manager and HQ in the preparation of the Transfer Pricing country file and determination of Intercompany pricing and adjustmentWho you areA Law graduate or Accounting.
Master in tax law is a plusA tax law expert with a senior demonstrated experienceProficient in Tax software/database, Excel and WordA professional with strong analytical, ownership and accountability skillsAn individual able to analyse legal and tax topics with a precise an accurate approachAn excellent communicator at every level in the organization with excellent interpersonal skillsFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenWhy work with us?
