How you will contribute:Review the current processes understanding workflows and best practicesAssist in service improvement practicesProcess guides and technical document preparation and updateCreate reports on the activity and processesReview KPI partnering with the role stakeholdersWho you are:A graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalentKnowledgeable about ITIL FrameworkA strong listener with an analytic mindsetAn organized professional with an analytical approachA cooperative and committed individualKnowledgeable about MS Office SuiteFluent both in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plusWhy work with us?
