Key Account & Bid Management Support Specialist

Reporting into the Sector/Key Account Lead in Europe, you will support all Ramboll Environment & Health (REH) countries (Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, France, Italy, Spain) in Europe and will interact with REH sector leads in Europe across:
- Data Centers
- Property
- Energy
- Manufacturing
- Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals
- Private Equity & Legal
You will also be involved in the Key Account Management program in Europe.

**Your key tasks and responsibilities will be**:
- Monitor new entries and the progression of existing opportunities through the CRM, proactively engaging with opportunity Owners for those pursuits falling within agreed criteria
- Partner with the relevant opportunity Owner to plan and manage the pursuit with a focus on the RFI, RFP and interview stages
- Support the REH Governance (DAA) and Ramboll Project Excellence processes for specific opportunities, including development of supporting material for decision gates and adding to the Project Integration Tool, where needed
- Lead bid scheduling and schedule adherence, including key stage technical and commercial reviews.
Arrange regular status calls with the technical team to ensure bid submission compliance, driving to early costing/commercial aspects to influence scope
- Support development of Pursuit Win Plan, including core Value Proposition and sales messages to generate a winning position.
Ensures compliance with Win Plan (strategies and schedule), communicating with the team in the event the process is failing/where a deadline and/or win could be in jeopardy
- Support management of the pursuit team, technical and commercial inputs, graphic and text design, ensuring consistency in content
- Prepare preliminary responses to standard questions in the RFP relating to Ramboll's capability and experience for input, review and approval by the relevant technical lead
- Liaise with other national-based bid teams (e. g.
UK, USA, Nordics) to share best practice and keep abreast of changes to Ramboll Brand requirements and developing thematic materials / templates in our areas of strategic focus
**Your key starting point for growth**:
- Previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe (PDF), Word, Excel and similar programmes
- Flexibility and adaptability to engage with relevant stakeholders of all levels in the business, building strong positive key relationships, remaining objective and commercially focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-oriented in nature
- Experience of working in a cross-functional and cross-cultural role for an international company would be advantageous
