Short Intro and About the Job KEY ACCOUNT For our Sales Team in Milan , we are looking for a Key Account who will have the opportunity to work on one of our important customers in the retail channel. During your experience, you'll be part of a dynamic team, have visibility on all company departments, and contribute to the achievements of your team. You'll have the chance to discover the competitive dynamics of one of our markets. About the job You'll manage the business relations with an existing customers' portfolio and will be in charge of developing it with new business opportunities. In detail, you'll be involved in: Identifying and creating sales opportunities following the analysis of customers' needs; Managing the customers' plan from negotiation to implementation; Guaranteeing forecast accuracy by month and quarter; Negotiating the customers' promo plan and their assortment and checking their right implementation in stores; Managing the local budget in terms of agreements and discounts to guarantee the correct implementation of the sell-in and sell-out levers; Interpreting data to monitor competition and increase sales of existing programs while creating additional sales opportunities; Analyzing the spending weight on turnover; Proactively managing and negotiating product visibility on display and shelves. About You To achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: A Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering; Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking; Relational and negotiation skills and flexibility; Strong analytical skills; Previous experience as a Key Account within the consumer goods market; A driving license; Fluency in English.
