Key Account
The **Key Account** provides sales support to our top trade partners (both travel agencies & ticket resellers) across Italy in coop with the extended team: Sales leaders; Field Salesforce; Marketing & Trade Marketing, PR, and the other Paris-based key peers to increase ticket & package sales for Disneyland Paris.
The person acts as the first point of contact with the assigned portfolio, answers their queries, and secures high standards of client satisfaction.
He/she is in daily contact with them to understand their requirements, determine their needs, identify areas of improvement and work on tailor-made sales plans for each of them.
The Junior Key Account is accountable for executing all customer-oriented initiatives aiming to increase the sales performance of the assigned clients and contribute to the Country targets' achievement.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide daily pre and after-sales support (from quotations to invoicing passing through technical assistance on our B2B tools)
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
- Look after internal processes for annual commercial agreement definition/renewal
- Follow up all pending requests with Central teams (i. e.
booking departments; accounting; guest care) to ensure excellent customer service
- Deliver regular communication to assigned clients about product novelties, pricing, promotions, training, incentive programs and other local initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to keep the local database updated
- Monitor sales performance on a regular basis and report to Sales leaders
- Support Sales leaders to create customized sales plans
- Collaborate with marketing & trade marketing teams to create tailor-made B2C communication plans for ticket reseller partners
- Assist the sales team in case of special requests which require major attention (i. e.
reservations for VIP guests; last-minute requests for Suites and/or other high-end services)
- Participate in trade events / fairs / roadshows, if required
**Experience required**:
- Proven work experience as Junior Account or similar sales role with assigned clients
- Graduate from an accredited university
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Tourism industry knowledge is a plus
**Skills required**:
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet browsers
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving approach and ability to meet deadlines
