You will:
- Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
- Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
- Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

The Key Account GD, reporting to the NAM, is in charge of the Customer Business Plan (CBP) development, in close collaboration with the NAM.
He/she develops and implements the shared business plan on the assigned customer, focusing on executing with excellence while ensuring NR growth in line with Snack Business Strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Account Manager to ensure an effectively focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
- Negotiate with applicable buyers, to build and maintain favourable and effective relationships with customer
- Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.
- Define customer's assortment, focusing on better distribution and Must-Stock-List optimization
- Negotiate promo calendar/actions consistently with guidelines
- Drive achievement of quarterly target, and identify new business opportunities
- Analyse internal and external data to track trends and trade margin
- Support the annual agreement negotiation
- Ensure high quality in sales forecasting and in functional processes
- Collaborate with category planning & customer activation to fully exploit customer capabilities
**Education / Certifications**:
- +4 years Experience: Sales experience +Trade Marketing experience
- Fluent Italian
- Fluent English
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge - Excel, PowerPoint.
