Your Role As a Key Account Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless execution of training and consulting projects.
You will work closely with our teams in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain to align on business strategies and maximize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Support new and existing business development in the Italian region Leading own training and consulting projects Working closely with our branches in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain Building, exploring, and maintaining relationships with our customers Expansion and consolidation of long-term customer relationships Following up on actual projects and customers Creation, development, and presentation of offers Carrying out price negotiations and developing price strategies Securing earnings and growth targets Responsibility for targets and budget Qualifications Required: Experience in a comparable function, demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across international teams Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Experience in IT training and consulting Strong B2B sales expertise, particularly in professional training and consulting Track record of successfully managing corporate projects and strategic growth initiatives Ability to lead complex negotiations Strategic thinker with a results-driven and independent work approach Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Fluent in Italian (native) and English for international collaboration Understanding of corporate learning & development procurement processes Existing portfolio of corporate clients and an established industry network What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based commission Long-term career opportunity in a growing international company Work in a multinational, high-performance team with access to global resources Personal development budget for training and career growth Access to cutting-edge technologies and self-study materials Remote work flexibility with travel opportunities If you are an experienced Key Account Manager with a background in IT and high-value project management, we'd love to hear from you!
