Key Account Manager

Hierarchical and/or functional reporting: Sales Leader

Location: Milan - hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages commercial relationship with assigned accounts (mid and small size clients) for the full range of IQVIA products and services, to achieve assigned revenue goals

- Develops and maintains knowledge of the assigned accounts and is able to understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities

- Develops and executes account plans within assigned accounts

- Supports other departments (mainly Consulting, Technology and Marketing) in developing and presenting proposed solutions to client's business issues

- Effectively and timely manages contract renewals and subscriptions

- Constantly monitors client satisfaction and works with Sales Director and Client Service team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Timely updates CRM platform with regard to opportunity pipeline and call plan

Education & Requirements:

- BA or BSc preferably in Economics

- At least 6 YoE in the same role

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry will be considered as a plus

Language skills:

Fluency both in Italian and in English (spoken and written)
