to join our South Sales & Marketing team in Treviso, Italy.

In this exciting role you will take the responsibility of our key sales accounts in Italy and own locally the sales & profitability of these local and regional customers.

**Main responsibilities:
In this add title role, you will be responsible product introduction and presentation, trade terms negotiations and implementation, as well as sales and preparation and monitoring of seasonal sales programs to meet key KPIs.
In this role you are also the owner of product demand plan on the assigned accounts.
Close collaboration with the assigned accounts and with our distributor Tech Data in order to make an accurate forecast of monthly customers product needs.
You will also be responsible of driving sell through activations with key customers in line with agreed Joint Business plans in close collaboration with marketing team.
As par of the role is also product recommendation, on-line / off-line.
You will be accountable of training the customer key stakeholders (CSR, Sales, After sales. )
that are in contact with the consumer.
In collaboration with the marketing teams, you will be implementing the Commercial calendar and agreeing on the campaigns that best suit customers target consumer group.

You are fluent both in Italian language but also in English (spoken and written).
You can showcase your experience in digital sales and marketing and indicate proof of delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
You are good at building relationships and networks.
Your negotiation and influencing skills are excellent.
You are good collaborator and value joint business planning.
In this role you will be part of a team but ability to work independently is important.
You have entrepreneurial growth mindset, and you are commercially oriented thinker.
