Job Details
Consistently achieve annual sales revenue AOP for assigned territory.
Maximize sales and margin of key accounts leveraging the entire portfolio through team selling.
Focus on high and medium customer segments to develop innovative solutions and services to maximize tender and negotiation success rate/ repurchase
Gather competitive intelligence and best practices
Account planning and co-ordination
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to increase revenue for existing key accounts and secure new business opportunities;
Development and execution of individual account strategies for top five high potential accounts.
Coordinating account cultivation plans incl. account segmentation, time allocation to accounts
Defining concrete account development plans including well-defined actions based on customers' planning and negotiation cycle
Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' business, structure, practices, challenges and resulting business opportunities for the assigned product lines by addressing specific customer segments' needs
Understand and document account-internal decision processes and key stakeholders in CRM system, ensure the accuracy and relevance of customers & prospects records.
Develop broader customer relationships with multiple stakeholders, to identify key decision makers and influencers
Building long-term relationships with economic decision makers that are mutually beneficial
Generating winning offers/ selling
Development of targeted offers tailored to customer needs and reflecting competitive intelligence and in line with business targets incl.
prioritization of products
Alignment with internal stakeholders on priorities by customers and by products
Preparing and conducting negotiations on cash discounts, order delivery patterns, specific initiatives and ensuring sustainable listings
Ensuring implementation of central contracts by covering key decision makers
Available for trouble shooting, customer focus and business management
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement adequately against agreed revenue and gross margin goals as well as personal objectives;
Provide regular updates to management and team mates to ensure effective communication
Deliver on-going improvements in customer satisfaction by championing the customer's needs through the Company, directing the resolution of all customer problems and making recommendations to avoid reoccurrence in order to create satisfied, reference able and repeat customers;
Educate customers on products, concepts & industry trends to increase product usage
Keep abreast of market data and competitors' activities regarding pricing, product and performance;
Increase professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional associations, exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
