DiliTrust, one of the world's leaders in Lega Tech is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join its Customer Success team based in Milan, Italy.
The goal is to sustain and grow our business, achieve long-term success, and keep our users updated on the evolution of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of corporate lawyers around the world.
**Key Account Manager responsibilities in DiliTrust include**:
- Learn and understand the specificity of each of your clients to best tailor your relationship and properly advise customers as their main contact point
- Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of customers to expand the business and consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Work closely with Customers, educating them about DiliTrust's high standards of Customer Experience
- Enable customers to learn and master DiliTrust's Suite, so they may become self-sufficient in handling their digital legal processes and performance efficiently.
- Track and report business development results, analyse data, and interpret information related to your portfolio of customers
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets and strategically collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments.
**Requirement**:
- 7 or more years of proven related experience in SaaS companies
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle: identification of up-selling / cross-selling opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders and negotiation
- Demonstrated track record of success in account management or management consulting roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
- Computer skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira).
- Interested in new technologies, the capable internet user
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Energetic and Positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fluency in French
- Experience collaborating with legal departments
