Key Account Manager
Our HQ based in **Trento** (**Italy**) is currently looking for a:
**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Involved in the **Sales Function**, our **Key Account Manager** will **manage the the assigned customers** with the aim to increase sales, improve margins and taking care of the day to day relations, being in the meantime the first and unique point of contact between the Company and the Customers.
Identify **new revenue opportunities** with major clients and provide support for the opening of **new business opportunities** in the related geographical area are also important accountabilities of the role.
- Responsibilities_
- Achieve the agreed **sales objectives** within the Account assigned, helping the whole team in achieving the defined **strategic targets** concerning service, turnover, first margin and DSO.
- Keep on behalf of the Company **the relationships with the customers' representatives** and negotiate customer contracts terms and conditions, in accordance with overall Group Sales strategy.
- Support the sites in the **SLA discussion** with the customers, ensuring that the service agreements are understood and followed by both the Group and the customers.
- Check the consistency of **standard costs versus agreements** made with customers on components/materials prices and on conversion costs applied.
- Work on the **price list** in order to meet and/or exceed the first margin target
- Coordinate all the team involved in the **whole customer management** process in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service.
- Ensure that any request of the customer out of the standard production is quoted, that the **PO** is placed by the customer and that the relative invoice is prepared.
- May be the initiator of or support the KAM in the **new Business Opinion (B. O.
)** process
- Requirements:_
- **University Degree**:
- ** 2/4 years of experience** in the Sales function of well-organized companies
- Proven experience in **managing commercial relationship with Global Multinational companies**, preferably operating in the **FMCG market**.
Previous experience either in a **contract manufacturing environment** or in F**MCG companies** could be really appreciated.
- Capable of developing a complete **understanding of pricing and proposal models**, as well as assisting in completing price changes of existing **product portfolio**:
- ** Fluency in English is a prerequisite**; a third language as a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of an ERP system, SAP is a plus
