We are looking for a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our diagnostics division to manage existing business and acquire new accounts to grow the Hologic business in Italy.
**What you can expect
- You will work with the Regional Business Manager to ensure a high level of strategic account management,
- You will actively manage revenue and ensure the ongoing account development.
Development of short, medium and long term business planning which ensures business objectives in line with company goals and objectives.
- Managing complex sales activities building strong relationships with key stakeholders (lab management,
clinicians, finance, and procurement).
- Working in a cross-matrix environment with the Clinical Applications team and Field Service team.
- Managing tender bids, submissions and negotiations.
- Developing and execute business plans for targeted accounts in line with Hologic key account management
tools and processes.
**What we expect
(plus previous experience in Molecular diagnostic area)
- Demonstrable sales experience in a directly related medical field with documented success.
- Excellent commercial awareness and acumen.
- A true hunter mindset
- Self-driven, self-motivated.
- Strong ability to influence with experience of presenting and negotiating effectively whilst building strong relationships.
