Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager position promotes and achieves maximum profitable growth of Borg-Warner Morse products.
- Manage sales and marketing activities for assigned accounts;
- guide the organization to achieve the sales growth objectives for the assigned accounts;
- prepare, present and commercial proposals to the client;
- overseeing the customer's complete strategy regarding cost reduction, competitive positioning, manufacturing planning and preparation for the launch of new programs;
- collaborate with the extended global sales organization to ensure compliance with and implementation of a coherent global strategy for customers;
- ensure customer service and happiness by building ongoing relationships and contacts with key personnel within the customer base and by reporting improvements to the BorgWarner organization where necessary;
- coordinate and effectively conduct customer visits to Morse Systems facilities as part of future business development, new program launches or production reviews;
- find the meeting point between the customer's request and the company's need;
- strengthen operational efficiency to improve intimacy with customers;
- develop answers and work to find solutions to customer requests and problems. This involves maintaining a superior level of written and oral communication both with the client and within the BW organization.
