Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a dynamic, structured and driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Milan. The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service. By leveraging their deep knowledge of the company's products and services, they work diligently to meet customer needs. This position involves close collaboration with external business partners and internal stakeholders, making it an integral part of the operation. The Key Account Manager is the driving force behind the sales and growth. Armed with an expert understanding of the cutting-edge products and their market supremacy, you will spearhead a dynamic, revenue-maximizing journey. Your not just a salesperson; you are relationship builders, working closely with their valued customers to nurture success. You will orchestrate seamless order processing, ensuring customers receive the best, always.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maximizing Sales and Profitability: This is the core objective, focusing on revenue generation.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the products and their advantages is crucial for effective sales.
- Market Understanding: Recognizing the market and competition to emphasize product superiority is essential for sales success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Being the point of contact for customers, offering excellent service, and helping them grow their activity and revenue.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to meet and exceed expectations, implying a strategic role.
- Order Processing and Coordination: Ensuring correct orders, timely delivery, and effective communication with the supply chain and customer care.
- Field Visit Reporting: Providing accurate reports to guide the territory manager and improve strategies.
**To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of sales in a similar industry.
- You must be influential, courteous and have good discussion making skills.
- Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization
- Problem solving mentality and pro-actively addresses work-related problems.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks due to priorities and opportunities that are constantly changing.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Used to work with reports of field visit, segmentation and sales force effectiveness KPIs.
