Key Account Manager
As part of our Sales department, the **Key Account Manager** will play a pivotal role in maintaining and further developing the commercial relation with (current and new) clients operating in the
assigned setting. Collaborating with senior members of the team and leveraging internal network of connection with other business pillars, the KAM will be responsible for:
- Managing **commercial relationship with assigned accounts for the full range of IQVIA products and services**, to achieve assigned revenue goals.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the assigned accounts, understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities.
- **Developing **and executing **account plans** within assigned accounts.
- Supporting other departments (mainly Consulting, Technology and Marketing) in developing and presenting proposed solutions to client's business issues.
- Effectively and timely **managing contract renewals and subscriptions**.
- Constantly **monitoring client satisfaction** and working with Sales Director and Client Service team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Timely updating CRM platform** with regards to opportunity pipeline, contacts and call plans
**Requirements**:
- BA or BSc preferably in Economics & Management, Engineering
- Ability to **communicate and effectively present**:
- Fluency in **English **and **Italian **(spoken and written)
- An ability to** build strong business relationships**:
- Strong commitment to achieve or exceed assigned goals
- **Strong interpersonal** and **verbal communication skills**:
- Attitude to **working collaboratively** and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals

- **Willingness to travel
