**He aha te mahi? What's the role? **:
Reporting to the Market Manager Italy and Mediterranean region based in Milano, the Account Executive will bring operational support to the team (6 persons).
You will support the Team in daily operational tasks & customer management to enable a high service level externally but also internally. You will help to cope with the complexity of Sales & Operations planning. You will enable to achieve the expected growth at short, mid
- and long-term in the region.
**This role is a fix term contract temporary for 6 months from May until November.
1. **Sustainable business development**:
- Understand & pursue the region's growth strategy
- Contribute effectively & actively to the ITALY and GREECE market growth strategy
**2. High Contribution in delivering the volume & value growth strategy of the ITMED region**:
- In charge of daily/weekly operational key tasks for the market: forecasting, customer delivery plans, consolidation of the national promotional planning, loading plans per account & per week, control stock at daily level, product allocation per week per Account and similar. Close interactions internally with the local Sales Team, the Customer Service Support & the IBP Team, the Claims Team.
- Customer Management: 1 or 2 smaller accounts.
**3. Be the Zespri "Ears & Eyes" in the market**:
- Observe and analyze what's happening in the local market; reports and suggest possible actions
**Ko wai koe? Who are you? **:
We are ideally looking for an energetic team player who has proven experience in sales within the FMCG sector. You will also have a:
- A good understanding of the retail business
- Strong analytical skills to pursue a data
- and insights-driven decision making in the market
- Advanced skills in Power Point and Excel, slight SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Bilingual in Italian and Fluency in English, Spanish and Greek language are a plus
- Very pro-active and problem-solving attitude
- Agile, flexible and able to work independently within the framework of a team
- Precise & Organize, structured
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly communicative, good relating and networking abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar.
