We are Givaudan. Human by nature. As Key Account Manager , you will drive business results and budgets by ensuring the strategy and account development plans and their execution in the marketplace. You will be based in Vimodrone, Milan, and you will be reporting to our Commercial Director Italy. Your role will include: Developing key account strategies and development plans with the Country Commercial Director and local Marketing and Technical teams. Collaborating with the Country Commercial Director and local teams to ensure translation of account strategies into the market, segment strategies, and their implementation. Accountable for the successful implementation of account strategies to deliver sustainable business and market share growth and meet budget targets. Driving customer-centric thinking and taking the customer's perspective in the wider organization; providing inspiration and linking with other departments to drive best services and practices. Developing close relationships with customers on country and regional levels. Adapting and deploying promotions, capabilities, and innovation according to local needs, driving customer value and sales through winning customer briefs. Acting quickly on emerging business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions. Translating the needs of local (and international) FMCG customers into strategy and execution. Who are you? You are strategic, creative, analytical, and disciplined with a deep passion for customers and consumers in the food and beverages sector. Come join us – and impact your world Your professional profile includes: At least a BA degree in Food Technology, Economy, or Marketing/Business Administration with an affinity for the food industry. At least 3-5 years of account management experience in B2B beverages or food, with an understanding of account management, strategy, and building value propositions. In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, projects, commercial needs, and product launch processes, along with extensive knowledge of competitor activity. Customer-focused and results-driven. Ability to prioritize and negotiate effectively. Team player. Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written). Willingness to travel.
