Key Responsibilities Periodic meetings with decision makers to improve customer satisfaction. Key targets such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, Cash collection closing and monitoring. Monitoring and reviewing project milestones and related action points. Knowledge and promotion of ZTE technological leadership. Identify and qualify new business opportunities (SWOT analysis). Go-to-market definition in accordance with company goals and objectives. Develop & execute the sales and strategic plan for the assigned customer set in accordance with company goals and coordinate the internal team to properly manage the project. Responsible for tenders, orders/invoicing/payment collection (if payment collection is not in charge of the related Project Manager) for the assigned customer set. Responsible for forecasts and related periodic updates. Manage and constantly improve customer relationships. The Successful Candidate Telecommunication/technology background: proven experience in the same product and position in TLC (5 years). Product knowledge. Reputation in the market (clients, partners, and suppliers). Proven knowledge of CRM management, Excel, and PPT. Ability to build and consolidate effective relationships and excellent communication skills. Ability to coordinate with various departments and work as part of a team. Negotiation ability. Strategic planning ability.
