VHIT.
(Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian affiliate of Bosch Group located in Offanengo (CR), and operates mainly in the field of Vacuum and Oil creation, for the automotive industry.
Our R&D Department is the Competence Centre for Bosch vacuum and oil pumps at a Global level.
Furthermore, the company produces Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passenger car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles being the LeadPlant for Chinese, Indian and Brazilian productions.
VHIT employs about 500 people.
Job Description What will you take care of
Take Responsibility:
You will directly contribute to the company success.
Help shape the future:
You will actively enhancethe company growth in the electrification era;
Observe and think ahead:
You will develop the aftermarket network and you will define needs for today and for the future
Integrated implementation:
You will be in charge of managing directly part of the current and prospect aftermarket customer portfolio
Conscientious coordination, you will:
- Manage new business and negotiations
- Define customer hierarchy
- Define incentive and marketing policy, account action plan
- Define area price management
- Act as a main customer contact person
- Properly manage selling activities
- Manage international relations with other Dept.
Qualifications What distinguishes you
**Education**:
Master Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar academic background;
Experience and Know How:
Proven experience in automotive aftermarket sales; Strong negotiation capabilities and understanding of automotive aftermarket
Technical knowledge:
Basic knowledge of powertrain components; Basic understanding of the main automotive industry production processes; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Personality:
goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;
Language skills:
Fluent English, German will be considered a plus;
Interests:
Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
