Key Account Manager
For our Headquarters in Parma, Casappa is looking for a "Key Account Manager" to continue the growth of the assigned OEMs while ensuring global strategic consistency and maintaining a high level of support and customer satisfaction.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Under the guidance of the International OEMs Sales Manager and through the collaboration with Casappa local teams, prepare the strategic sales plan of the assigned Global OEMs and be accountable for its execution.
- Accountable for the global uniformity and consistency of pricing and product offering for the assigned Global OEMs.
- Accountable for maintaining, growing, and developing strategic relationships with the assigned customers.
- Ensure global visibility of the business and specific project development through regular meetings with customers and Casappa local teams.
Promote and facilitate networking and sharing of information on the assigned OEMs among all involved local teams.
- In collaboration with Casappa local teams, define sales budget and negotiate sales contracts of the assigned customers.
- Keep accurate records of all quotes, sales and activity reports required for the assigned customers.
- Combination of maintaining and growing customer relationships and depth along with a professional "hunter" type mentality to search for new sales leads and opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Provide regular feedback to the International OEM Sales Manager regarding assigned customers.
- Define and collaborate on the company's marketing plans in cooperation with the International OEM Sales Manager.
- Create and conduct professional proposal presentations and responses both internally and externally.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
**REQUIREMENTS & SOFT SKILLS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management or Economic Disciplines.
- +5 years of experience gained in a similar position, within medium/large companies.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proactivity in identifying and providing solutions and predisposition to work for objectives.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient computer skills within Microsoft office; specifically, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with excellent task management skills.
- Expectation of approximately 30% minimum travel.
**BENEFICIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Hydraulic, fluid power, or other mechanical/electrical industry experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
- Experience working with an International company preferred.
- Product and/or project management experience.
- Experience with ERP, BI and/or CRM systems.
