Key Account Manager, Commercial Italy Campania Region
Responsible for developing long-term stakeholders' relationships for the Campania region. Contacts potential key decision makers, works with regional agencies, health authorities, payors, group purchasing organizations, pharmacy associations, medical associations, hospital systems, KOLs and physicians to build and protect the brands and reputation of Seqirus to enable sustainable growth. Develops appropriate value-added programs for each stakeholder and may have responsibility for tender bid management. Responsibilities include: Develops and maintains trust relationships with key regional accounts and KOLs to increase product awareness, establishes high level scientific relationships and ensure their endorsement. Acquires a thorough understanding of key accounts needs and requirements. Works to develop key account strategies to contribute to meeting Seqirus objectives. Responsible for promotion of Seqirus products and managing tender business development to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Recommends appropriate tactics for effective engagement and to raise awareness and strengthen Seqirus reputation with key decision makers. Monitors the environment and possible upcoming regional policy / procurement / guidelines developments and activities, as well as feedback timely any intelligence to all relevant internal staff. Maintains contact programs and a regular meeting stakeholder schedule. Prepares high-quality briefing materials for any specific audience. Identifies opportunities and drafts proposals for stakeholder engagement. Drives setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM, assessing information and acting on it where necessary. Supports the development and execution of portfolio-based programs, ensuring the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives. Assures budget compliance. Collaborates and engages with Medical Affairs for the implementation of tactics and the organization of trainings and routine updating of the scientific background. Provides input to Marketing and Medical Affairs for aligning and maximizing the efforts. Executes the digital strategy integrated with the Marketing digital excellence plan. Manages relationships with agencies, providing feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy. Delivers oral and written communications, develops and makes presentations to commercial management and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed. Supports Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Finance for any related need. Represents Seqirus at relevant stakeholder meetings, deputizing for more senior members of the team if required. Carries out any other duties and projects as required by General Manager Italy. Ensures full compliance as outlined by the Seqirus SOPs. Qualifications, skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business / Marketing. English proficiency. 5 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulation.
