**In Italy specifically we were born in and manage the following brands**:
**Eathappy**: shop in shop where professional sushi chefs produce very fresh sushi inside supermarkets and hypermarkets.
**Wakame Selection**: in the square meters food factory located in Busto Arsizio and in the future square meters production center of Bologna, we produce handmade sushi and deliver them to chillers located in supermarkets where our end consumers can find them.
Through the production to HUB model, we supply directly in a centralized platform the most important players of the large-scale retail trade.
**Will you be our new Key Account Manager, for Centre and South Italy, based in Milano?
**Mission**:
You will report directly to the CEO of Italy and your mission will be to generate new business opportunities for both EatHappy and Wakame and achieve the set objectives.
Your duties will focus mainly in the Centre and South of Italy.
You will join our growing company, contribute to our good working atmosphere and excel with the team!
**If you want to know more about the daily tasks**:
- Highlight potential retail customers and contact them and develop the business of customers already in the portfolio
- Identify potential customers as decision makers within their organization and contact them to introduce our business
- Work with the team to develop proposals related to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives, and present the new products and services to our customers, monitor customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in the creation of the price list and customer service solutions and work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are met in a timely manner
- Arrange and participate in customer briefings, taking notes and sharing them with company management
- Develop a precise market analysis: look for new revenue opportunities from this area (new contacts, new strategies for contacting companies, new activities, etc.
), present regular reports and analysis on the target market
- Set up a Sales structure in the country to support development
- In cooperation with the legal department control and monitor contracts with customers
- And most importantly: Respect company values, be enthusiastic about the brand and have the motivation to transmit this enthusiasm to everyone.
**Who you are**:
- The ideal profile has matured a consolidated experience in the world of sales in the large-scale retail trade of at least / years, especially in the areas of fresh produce (fish, fruit and vegetables, fresh management) and has already a discreet network of knowledge of the great distribution at national level, **above all concentrated in the center and south Italy
- You have experience in a company working with GDO from fresh department, ideally fish department
- You have a degree in Business Administration
- You have a strong ability to work for objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- You have strategic problem-solving skills
- You speak a very good English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
