**What will you work on?

As Key Account Manager, E-Commerce, you will support Spin Master's online growth within Italian e-comm sites.

Your focus is to grow the e-comm business, partnering with sales and marketing teams as well as our media agency.

**How will you create impact?

Ensuring Spin Masters brands are online as best in class with accountability for complete and accurate product information.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are relentless at testing and learning to drive page/search rankings and ultimately sales.

**What are your skills and experience?

- E-commerce experience in fast moving companies.

- Experience in an international working environment so the person knows.

what it takes to deal with international marketing teams and headquarters abroad.

- Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlines.

- A strong level of passion and willingness to be awesome.

- Top line revenue, year on year growth objectives.

- Strong data analytics, POS, reporting, business modeling & forecasting skills.

- Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into actionable plans.

- Technical understanding of Internet technologies.

- Appreciated Amazon VC, Analytics, Advertising, knowledge.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, coupled with excellent organizational communication skills, and customer service skills.
