Purpose of the Role Key Account Manager & Trainer – ZO Skin Health At ZOSH Italy we're looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager & Trainer to drive business growth and elevate skincare expertise.
In this dual role, you'll nurture key client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver engaging product education both online and offline.
Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll empower skincare practitioners with specialist training, ensuring they achieve the best results for their patients while fostering long-term loyalty.
Your expertise in sales, account management, and education will be key in expanding our professional network and strengthening our community of Skin Health experts.
Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and value-driven education across multiple touchpoints, including in-clinic, via ZO Skin Health Academy centres, and virtually, to enhance brand advocacy and business success Build and maintain strong relationships with skincare professionals, ensuring ZO Skin Health remains their preferred partner while identifying and converting new accounts within a defined geography Support existing accounts and drive new business growth through strategic planning, best-in-class clinical training, and implementation of tailored marketing and education programs Act as the go-to expert, demonstrating, training, and presenting both online and offline to bring ZO Skin Health's core messages and education curriculum to life Track and report training attendance, engagement, and sales performance, providing insights to refine strategies and maximize growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive continuous improvement and market intelligence collection.
Skills & Qualifications 3+ years field sales/educational experience within the Aesthetics sector (desired) and/or professional skincare industry Self-motivator with strong planning skills to maximise productivity time in field to support KPI achievements A proven track record of growing business via winning new accounts, developing existing accounts and achieving targets Strong business acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills Skilled in listening and adapting to various interpersonal styles, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with clinic owners/managers Established and extensive network of contacts with aesthetic clinics and skin health experts Enthusiastic about the aesthetics and skincare industry, with a keen eye for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations Proficient with MS office Suite.
A full driving license is essential for the position This positions requires up to 80% travel within Italy and occasionally abroad (for events and conferences).
