As Key Account Manager , you will drive business results and budgets by ensuring the strategy and account development plans and their execution in the market place.
You will be based in Vimodrone, Milan, and you will be reporting to our Commercial Director Italy.
Your role will include: You will develop together with Country Commercial Director and local Marketing and Technical teams your key account strategies and development plans.
You will collaborate with the Country Commercial Director and local teams to ensure translation of account strategies into the market, segment strategies and their implementation in the market place.
You will be accountable for the successful implementation of your account strategies to deliver sustainable business and market share growth and delivering on budget targets in systematic fashion.
You will drive customer-centric thinking and take the customer's perspective in the wider organisation; provide inspiration in the organisation, linking with other departments and driving best services and practices.
You will develop close relationships with customers on country and regional level.
You will adapt and deploy promotions, capabilities and innovation according to local needs, driving customer value and sales through winning customer briefs.
You will act fast on emerging business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions.
You will be translating the needs of our local (and international) FMCG customers into strategy and execution.

You are strategic, creative, analytical, and disciplined with a deep passion for customers and consumers and food and beverages.

Your professional profile includes: At least a BA degree in Food Technology, Economy or Marketing / Business Administration with an affinity for the food industry.
At least 3-5 years of account management in B2B beverages or in food, understanding of account management, strategy, and building value propositions.
In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, projects, commercial needs and product launch processes, extensive knowledge of competitor activity.
Customer-focused and results-driven.
Ability to prioritize and negotiate effectively.
Team player.
Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel.
