As a Key Account Representative , you will be responsible of the Kitchenware accounts in the EMEA area.

Operating within a matrix structure, you will act as a facilitator of change, effective in influencing, negotiating and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers.

Identify new revenue opportunities with key customers.

Proactive part of a sales team, actively collaborating with various business functions located in EMEA.

Ensure the correct flow of information to the Sales Management through the CRM and company reporting.

Take part in several customer visits in the area, with a travel time of up to 60% and availability to travel even for several days.

Will liaise internally with the sales force (local and global), Technical Assistance, Customer Service and Marketing.

Will develop and implement the sales plan for the assigned Customers, in line with the Company's global growth and innovation strategies.

Qualifications: Number of Years' experience – 5+ Years Previous experience preferred – Sales Account Manager.

Proven work experience in the field of technical and high-performance coatings materials.

Technical skills - familiarity in using corporate CRM, analysis, and commercial reporting.

Education - Degree in scientific subjects (with reference to Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry) or equivalent Languages – Good knowledge of English and German Dedicated to direct and personal relationships with customers, with a high-quality approach.
