Key Account Manager Emea - Kitchenware
As a **Key Account Representative**, you will be responsible of the Kitchenware accounts in the **EMEA** area. Operating within a matrix structure, you will act as a facilitator of change, effective in influencing, negotiating and engaging with stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers.
- Identify new revenue opportunities with key customers.
- Proactive part of a sales team, actively collaborating with various business functions located in EMEA.
- Ensure the correct flow of information to the Sales Management through the CRM and company reporting.
- Take part in several customer visits in the area, with a travel time of up to 60% and availability to travel even for several days.
- Will liaise internally with the sales force (local and global), Technical Assistance, Customer Service and Marketing.
- Will develop and implement the sales plan for the assigned Customers, in line with the Company's global growth and innovation strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Number of Years' experience - 5+ Years
- Previous experience preferred - Sales Account Manager. Proven work experience in the field of technical and high-performance coatings materials.
- Technical skills - familiarity in using corporate CRM, analysis, and commercial reporting.
- Languages - Good knowledge of English and German
- Dedicated to direct and personal relationships with customers, with a high-quality approach.
