**Who are we looking for**:
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (Enterprise) to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships with focus on the Spanish market.
It's an exciting time in logistics and ShippyPro has a unique opportunity to disrupt the shipping space at a global level.
Our next mission is to empower brands to offer the delivery experience consumers want when they shop online.
After raising a Series A round of 5 Million dollars from Five Elms Capital and experiencing exponential product adoption by a few of the best eCommerce brands, we are ready to scale and help many more companies automate their delivery journey.
For this role, we are looking for a dynamic, high-performing person with experience in the logistics space, able to manage our biggest customers from a commercial aspect.
**What you will do**:
- Acquisition of new customers, ideally from a portfolio of contacts already held by the key account manager to accelerate the sales cycle.
For this purpose, provenance from sectors where Companies are involved in processes related to ecommerce, retail and shipping is preferred.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, and managing upsells and renewals.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner to reduce churn and attrition.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust in a relationship with Customer Success.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
**What you will bring to the table**:
- 3+ years in account management preferably in SaaS dealing with large organizations (>100K ARR deal size) and>1000 employees.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Familiarity with logistics and eCommerce is a huge plus.
- Understanding of complex products, API-based software, and related use cases.
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Gong, and Jira.
- You are experienced with value-based selling approaches and communication on C-Level and top management
- You are goal-oriented with a structured work approach, drive, and a passion for Sales.
- Personal and professional development is of high importance to you, as well as an open feedback culture
- You are fluent in Spanish, English, and any other European language between Italian, German, and French.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
