Key Account Manager

DiliTrust, one of the world's leaders in Legal Tech is looking for an Accounts Manager to join its Customer Success team based in Milan, Italy.
The goal is to sustain and grow our business, achieve long-term success, and keep our users updated on the evolution of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of corporate lawyers around the world.
**Your duties**:
You will join the Customer Success Team role will be to:
- Learn and understand the specificity of each of your clients to best tailor your relationship and properly advise customers as their main contact point
- Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of customers to expand the business and consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Work closely with Customers, educating them about DiliTrust's high standards of Customer Experience
- Enable customers to learn and master DiliTrust's Suite, so they may become self-sufficient in handling their digital legal processes and performance efficiently.
- Track and report business development results, analyse data, and interpret information related to your portfolio of customers
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets and strategically collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments.
**Requirement**:
- 3 years of proven related experience in SaaS companies
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle: identification of up-selling / cross-selling opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders and negotiation
- Demonstrated track record of success in account management or management consulting roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
- Fluency in Italian and English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fluency in French
- Experience collaborating with legal departments
