**As a Key Account Manager, **you develop and drive credible and productive long-term relation with customers in the North West Italy Area (Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia and Valle d'Aosta), by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions; you promote all Philips portfolio including high technology equipment (CT, MR, Cathlab and Radiology), monitoring and informatics solutions
**You are responsible for
- Acquire and develop new customers in the area (North West of Italy) and set Philips as preferred supplier
- Promote all Philips portfolio that include: CT, MR, Cathlab, radiology, monitoring and informatics solution
- Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
- Negotiate service contracts and close agreements in the assigned area
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Creates, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts.
- Systematically analyzes and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

You will report to the North West District Manager and collaborate with many other teams or function like supply chain, tender office, marketing and service and solution.
**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- A Bachelor's degree (Business-related degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing team in healthcare
- Basic experience with CRM software (e. g.
Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Basic knowledge of PACS, , RIS, digital solution in helathcare
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to set goals
- Italian native
- Fluency in written/spoken English
