**Your role
As the **Key Account Manager for Fragrance and Oral Care**, you will drive and manage strategic accounts while fostering sustainable partnerships with key decision-makers.
You will lead internal customer teams to deliver measurable and profitable growth, develop financial and operational models, and ensure successful partnership implementation with selected accounts.
This is a fundamental and business-critical role for achieving long-term success in the fragrance and oral care segments.
**Strategic Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned accounts and lead cross-functional teams internally to meet customer needs.
- Drive and manage customer satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
**Financial Performance**:
- Achieve sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth for assigned strategic accounts.
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales, revenue, gross profitability, and profit contribution, taking corrective action as needed.
- Develop, implement, and execute pricing strategies aligned with customers, regions, business units, and the pricing manager.
- Be accountable for financial and operational models with strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
**Business Development**:
- Drive the development and implementation of new business opportunities within assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage and monitor the project pipeline, ensuring alignment with target revenue and profitability values.
**Systems & Processes**:
- Create the conditions for success by implementing structured partnerships internally and externally.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems and processes align with customer and business objectives.
- Lead or contribute to internal and external strategic reviews and ensure alignment on key objectives.
**About you
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the fragrance, oral care, or related industries.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global or regional capacity.
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Languages**:
- Fluency in **English** and **Italian** (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
