Key Account Manager Germany
At L&L Luce&Light, we are currently looking for a **Key Account Manager** in Germany to grow the Specification sales channel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- establishing new, and developing existing, networks with architects, lighting designers, key accounts and lighting dealers in Germany
- working as a consultant to determine technical choices in close cooperation with internal lighting design colleagues
- taking ownership of the area sales budget and managing contractual terms in agreement with the Sales Manager
- providing information to Customer Service for quotations and orders
- being present on the market at least 80% of your time
**Background & Skills
For this position, it is important to us that:
- you have several years of experience in Key Account Management in the lighting or similar industries, outdoor/landscape/architectural lighting in particular, with relevant expertise in a Specification-based sales role
- you have an understanding of the specific market and the main competitors
- you have fluent German and very good English skills
- you have electrical and mechanical knowledge
- you show personal initiative, commitment and perseverance
- you have strong result-orientation, negotiation and deal-closing skills, as well as quality in customer care
A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of the Italian language and a proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships are considered a plus.
