The Italian affiliate of Novo Nordisk, is hiring a Key Account Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for Campania, Puglia, Molise and Basilicata regions and work in a dynamic environment!
**The Position
The KAM is responsible for achieving results by executing the marketing strategy in their assigned area, ensuring territory sales performance, and liaising with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR to maximise the sales of NN products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Profiling and targeting potential customers
- Working according to local law, NN Way and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
- Developing business relationship with and between all external customers listed (Networking)
- Providing market and competitor assessment and feedback based on the own personal perception
- Providing customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up
**Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you need to hold a Scientific degree (preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, CTF) and to have about 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
You also meet the following requirements:
- You are Fluent in Italian and you have a good understanding of English.
- You are resilient and you are able to work under pressure, achieving results together with your team.
- Empathy is your strength in building relationships at work.
Being based in Campania will be preferred for this role.
**About the Department
You will work in alliance with the National Sales Manager and in collaboration with Medical Advisor and Market Access to shape the existing market, capture new business opportunities and maximise Norditropin® and NovoSeven® AH patient share.
You will report directly to the National Sales Manager Growth Hormone and you will be part of a team that always strives for excellence!
