What you can expectThe Key Account Manager plays a key role in the company business growth, with a focus on Top National and International Customers in Italy, mainly in the Fleet segment (cars and light commercial vehicles).
The main activities will be:
Responsible for the acquisition of Top National and International Customers in Italy for the Fleet SegmentResponsible for the management of International Agreements involving Italian branches with matrix carryover to the International Key Account Management Dept. Focus on farming the assigned Customer portfolio in Italy for the Fleet SegmentUp and cross sell DKV products and services among customer portfolioDefinition of commercial offer, conditions proposal and negotiation with margins projectionElaboration of business analysis for the customers, with high-value consultancy approachPotential target market analysisInternal reporting (with the use of CRM)Participation at planned business trade fairs and other eventsWhat makes you stand outResidence in the area of MilanoUniversity degree, including a bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, economics or law)Proven experience, at least 8 years, with successful outcomes in a sales focus, goal-oriented environment, ideally in the B2B fleet businessStrong commercial acumen, excellent presentation and communication skillsExperience in managing complex, structured and high-profile customersRelevant technical sales and business analysis skillsHigh consulting approach to salesStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsMandatory knowledge of English at B2 level, at leastFamiliar with CRM management software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics, SAP R3)Your Attitude:Strong positive attitude to problem solvingPro-active approach and willing to actively participate to the company successSelf-motivation and resilienceWe are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
