is an Italian Company specialized in international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in Adriatic Region and Italy.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic FMCG Key Account Manager for Italy.

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage account plans for key customers to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase business opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional levels of service Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and achieve overall company objectives Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profit REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG and FOOD industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets Fluent in both Italian and English Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities PACKAGE: We are offering long-term employment Salary and end-year bonus Reimbursement of traveling costs Notebook Smartphone If you are a highly driven individual who is passionate about the FMCG industry and has a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, then we would love to hear from you.
