Key Account Manager Italia

is an Italian Company specialized in international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in Adriatic Region and Italy. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic FMCG Key Account Manager for Italy.
As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and manage account plans for key customers to achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase business opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional levels of serviceWork collaboratively with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and achieve overall company objectivesConduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reportsNegotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitREQUIREMENTS:At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG and FOOD industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targetsFluent in both Italian and EnglishBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAbility to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunitiesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPACKAGE:We are offering long-term employmentSalary and end-year bonusReimbursement of traveling costsNotebookSmartphoneIf you are a highly driven individual who is passionate about the FMCG industry and has a track record of delivering exceptional customer service, then we would love to hear from you.
