International SOS is looking for a Key Account Manager to join the sales team in Milan.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building loyalty and trust within a Strategic client portfolio, culminating with an increase in both product penetration and revenue growth.
This means providing a robust account management support, oversight of customer satisfaction as well as cross selling and up selling Intl. SOS solutions and services (generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiation) across all intl. SOS medical and security service lines.
Finally, the Key Azccount Manager will need to build internal network and effectively work with Health & Security Operation teams, Billing, Commercial & Legal Desk and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships to support the efficient and effective management of clients.
**Key responsibilities
- Establish a structured account management approach with your clients, define and Implement clients' account management strategies.
- Direct management of a designated set of existing accounts (multinational corporations, large organizations with global footprint).
- Monitor International SOS' level of service quality in the provision of medical and security solutions to the designated client base.
- Ensure the management of the renewal cycle of your clients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide continued support to client's management team and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Provide education to designated clients' management teams on the programs specifics through face to face meetings, telephone calls or virtually including when relevant:
**Qualification**:
Educated to Bachelor/Master level, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in b2b sales of complex services.
You have experience in Consultative selling which include targeted relationship and value selling methodology
You are Client focused and are able to establish strong relationships, create an internal and external network to maintain and grow base portfolio
You are a Strong individual who can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results
You have excellent numeric, written, oral communication and presentation skills
You speak English and Italian fluently
You have experience in working in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm
