**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- You develop business relationships with Vending existing & potential clients and grow the customer portfolio over time to ensure revenue growth
- You develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients (existing & new) that bring in the most income for the company.
- You develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and propose customized solutions when necessary if it makes business sense
- You address & manage key clients' complaints.
- You act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- You supervise the account teams (support, project, administrative) assigned to each key client.
- You communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
- You compile reports on account progresses, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- You are responsible for all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and ultimately achievements of revenue targets.
- You create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability.
- You help develop the roadmap of solutions conveying the voice of the customer within the organization
**Signs of success
- You develop our position in the Vending & adjacent Italian markets with strong revenue growth
- You become the expert in these markets for our customers and in front of internal stakeholders
**Skills we can't do without**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in selling technological solutions
- You have a strong commercial drive, combined with a market & client focus.
- You are a skilled negotiator & effective communicator
- You have an energetic personality with a positive approach and eagerness to develop his/her knowledge and skills.
- You are a self-starter, result driven and are taking initiatives.
- You are flexible, able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- You have the ability to build rapport with key clients and Capability to build relationships.
- You have a university degree in Business Management or any relevant discipline.
- You are willing to travel on average 2 days a week.

- You have proven sales track record in payments and the ability to handle multiple client accounts
