Résumé du travail: For our further expansion we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Home & Commercial in Milan.
These are your tasks: Promoting growth and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC)Identification of growth opportunities and proactive marketing of additional service portfolios to existing customersInternal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territoryEstablish and maintain long-term customer relationshipsFollow up on open quotations until orders are receivedEntering and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM systemAchieving personal sales goalsOccasional customer/trade show visits and participation in customer eventsWhat we expect: Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable2-4 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantageKnowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantageVery good German and English skills (written and spoken)Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skillsDetail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyIndependent and result-oriented way of workingWillingness to travelWhat we offer: An interesting and diversified job in the sales area to support the continuous growth of the CSA GroupFunction as sales and customer contact for all commercial topicsPossibility of mobile working and flexible working hoursFitness & Health Program for a relaxed balance to the daily work routineCompany pension planUnlimited direct employment and a future-proof job
