For our international Italian team in Milan we're looking for a **Key Account Manager **m/w/d **with German language skills **who is able to impress us with a big range of expertise.

You will be part of the international sales team, working closely with the Country Manager, Sales Team and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer service to identify and maximise sales potential from existing and new customers.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Development of new potential and existing top customer accounts

- Responsible of building and maintaining a long-term partnership with assigned customers through assistance and continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives on products and services

- Resolve any issues and problems of your customers and act as a link between your customer and internal teams like production, customer and quality service

- Acquire a deep understanding of your customer's needs and requirements

- Monitor Sales metrics and create monthly summary reports according to assigned territories/customers

- Supporting business development and marketing activities with some client meetings

- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activities

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Key Account Management with proven experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Good knowledge of the printing industry or similar industries

- Ideally educated to degree level

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Dependable and reliable - follow up quickly and consistently

- Solid computer skills (MS Office) and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce

- Fluent Italian and good German speaker, other languages are a plus

- Willingness to travel in Italy and internationally from time to time
