Job PurposeDevelop, implement and realize the sales/service and/or business plan and develop, structure and manage the assigned area/unit, within the overall business strategy, in order to realize commercial and business objectives. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAttaining sales, service and signed contract quotas as assignedIdentifying and profiling AccountsWorking closely with higher-level management on contract construction and negotiationWorking with company sales and service network to properly maintain accountsExercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organizationActing as product specialist to drive sales to increase marginsProviding consistent messages to the field regarding product training| price negotiationKeeping up with competitor products and activityEnsuring field staff is trained on all aspects of product linesAttending quarterly and annual meetings regarding product performance and challengesCommunicating with Corporate Headquarters and field locations regarding product updates, applications, product concerns, warranty issuesProviding product reviews and handle all field calls on competitive product questionsKeep expenses within budgetary limitsIdentify and profile potential major accountsWork with both sales and service to maintain all major accountsComplete activity reports after account visitsPerforming other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field10+ years of experience in salesProven sales experienceExperience with product developmentProficient computer skillsOutstanding organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsBasic math skillsEffective presentation skillsAbove-average reasoning and analytical skillsAbility to translate technical specs into commercial applicationsLeadership skillsPreferred QualificationsMasters degree preferredGeneral Job RequirementsThis position requires you to drive a company vehicle.
