All Posting Locations: Milano, Lombardia, IT Job Functions: Sales Date Published: November 13, 2024 Ref#: R-87825 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description About the Position We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Key Account Manager (Triveneto) to make the difference at Kraft Heinz!
This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you'll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.
You'll be reporting to the National Account Manager, taking ownership of the Triveneto area, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.
In brief, you will be responsible for: Leading main accounts in Triveneto area, maintaining, elevating and strengthening our key relationships with them and playing a key role in influencing customer satisfaction.
Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and delivering excellent sales fundamentals performance.
Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, ensuring client's profitability in line with company KPI and campaign developments) and implementing it for the assigned customer accounts.
Working closely with logistic and customer service teams being the main point of contact.
Ensuring excellent sales fundamentals performance: Distribution of top SKUs and NPD, shelving strategy, accurate price positioning, outstanding promotional plans to improve our products loyalty and market share.
Monthly sales forecast and analysis.
Qualifications Hard Skills College Degree or Master Degree.
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales roles.
Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role.
Data-driven and analytical approach.
High proficiency in English.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
Professional Attributes Communication Skills – you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
Therefore, it's relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Ability to Simplify – We like to keep it simple.
And to execute fast.
Simplification will be highly appreciated when you provide simple solutions to sophisticated challenges.

Location The person needs to be based in Veneto area.
