Key Account Manager Oem
Department**: Sales
Reports to**:Sales & Technical Department Director
**Main mission
- Responsible to create new OEM customer sales in all sectors like Elevator, HVAC, UPS, Machinery.
- Maintaining a long-term relationship with existing customers and create new sales opportunities within them
- Finish the sales target for the whole year and set up the OEM sales team in the future
**Key **responsibilities
- Achieve assigned turnover targets by strengthening the cooperation with the assigned industrial customers developing new customers and opportunities in the assigned area
- Actively search new business opportunities, new market niches and sales channels in the assigned area, with particular focus on Elevator, HVAC, UPS, Machinery and product lines
- Developing a complete understanding of OEM account needs
- Planning to improve OEM client results
- Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
- Preparation of regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Working together with CS & Marketing director for a correct coordination of their teams in the managements of the Key clients
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
- Cooperate with PM, Technical and Logistics Depts.
to collect all the information needed and prepare related documentation
- Coordinate with other Sales staff for an efficient work organization
- Follow tenders and projects in the assigned sector
**Requirements & Competencies
**Workplace
- Flexible location, based in Italy
- Willingness to travel on Italian territory
- Occasional international trips (HQ, meetings)
**Training & Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
**Specific Training
- Excel Professional level
- Specific training in electric product.
**Language
- Italian: Native
- English: B2
