What you will do
The Key Account Manager Online is responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level and maximizing all opportunities for sales.
Main responsabilities:
- Manage company accounts on Amazon and create reports in order to build company culture on online sales. - Holding regular weekly meetings with external stakeholders (Amazon & online customers) to ensure the annual bgt achievement. - Interacting with the Sales/ Marketing / Product teams to find new opportunities in terms of sell-in/sell-out/. - Data analysis to support Amazon Sales team in the day-by-day business. - Analysis of Marketing campaign results. - Monitoring, together with the marketing team, the Amazon Catalogues, and the brand Store to ensure the best execution in terms of customer experience and sellout. - Support PLs in market benchmarking on the online channel. - Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively. - Holding regular meetings with internal stakeholders about key topics in online sales. - Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by customers and internal staff. - Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What you need to succeed
Must have- IT literate- Customers management skills- Established relationships with the largest customers and retailers- Leadership, clear communication of expectations to teams- Knowledge of Online Channel
- Education: _Degree in Economics or related field
- Professional Experience: _Previous experience (internship) in Sales and Business Development or Marketing is preferred
- Languages: _Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Soft skills:_- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously- Team working- Communication skills and important relational skills at all levels
Nice to have
Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods markets
