Key Account Manager Pharma

The KAM SBU Pharma, based in Bologna (IT), will be responsible for the development of the Pharma business within primarily global accounts and European countries in coherence with market needs.
He/she will work in close collaboration with the Local Sales Unit and Operations Hubs to ensure the execution of the projects for the relevant businesses.
The SBUs establish market network, generates business together with the Sales Units, manage main RFQ's from customers and manage the most relevant projects.
Number of resources vary from Industry to Industry.
The KAM Pharma SBU is accountable for ensuring that FlexLink develops business opportunities in specified growing industry segments.
He/she ensures that FlexLink capitalizes on know-how in segments with large business potential by focusing sales drive, unique competence, and adapted offer portfolio to the strategic segment.
This will lead to gaining repeatable business, reducing risks, and developing high value portfolio.
**Main Responsibilities / Activities
- Ensure the continuous growth of revenues and profitability of the business
- Drive the market development within selected segments
- Define and execute Sales strategy to promote Industry offer, in line with the Company strategy
- Develop and manage long term relationship with Key Accounts within the Industry
- Verify and track the achievement of business goals with responsibility on Order Intake and Sales, and follow project performances (margin and customer satisfaction), cost control
- Continuously monitoring the evolution and trends of the Industry market, supported by the Marketing and Product Management functions
- Cooperate with R&D and Product Management departments on offer developments as well scout, filter and exploit main opportunities
- Own and drive the business model, offer portfolio and segment pricing
- Act as point of reference towards Regional structures to collect all business opportunities
- Collaborate with Coesia Sister Companies to evaluate client requirements for the assigned Industry
- Prepare commercial offers consistent within FlexLink capabilities
**Special Projects / Challenges
- Collaborate with Local European Sales Units and Operations Hubs, supporting the RFQ's and owning the project execution for strategic projects
- Cooperate with the sales force, ensuring customer relationships and research of new customer and business opportunities to achieve growth and profitability goals
- Understanding the customer's business and priorities as well influencing customer strategy

**Basic Requirements
- Master of Science in Engineering or Commercials
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- At least 5-7 years of experience in successfully selling automation and production logistics
- Specific experience in pharma sector will be a strong eligible criterium.
